SHOPPING WITH PET MANDI

These terms apply when you browse or order from Pet Mandi, a pet food and accessories distributor based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
Products and orders
We distribute local and imported food and accessories for dogs, cats, birds and small pets. Availability, pricing, packaging and specifications may change because of supplier, import or local market conditions. Orders are subject to stock and price verification, and we may correct an obvious listing error before confirming an order.
Product photographs help identify an item, but manufacturers may update packaging. Please read the label and follow the manufacturer’s instructions before use.
Payment
Available methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer may be offered. Bank-transfer orders are processed after payment is verified. Never share a bank password, PIN or one-time password with Pet Mandi.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier logistics, weather, public holidays, remote locations or product availability. Customers must provide a complete address and reachable mobile number.
Returns and replacements
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. An eligible return or exchange item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything so we can provide instructions. The customer pays the return courier charge.
Opened pet food and perishable items cannot be returned unless defective, damaged in transit or expired. The customer returns the affected product at their cost. After receipt and verification, Pet Mandi sends the same product to the original address without an additional product or replacement-delivery charge. See the Returns & Replacement Policy.
Customer responsibilities
Keep account credentials private, provide accurate checkout information and do not misuse or interfere with the website. Pet Mandi is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.
